This, our 15th year, marked a turning point for NCCT. Requests from landowners for assistance in developing conservation easements to protect their land continue to increase. This fiscal year, we signed two easements, and this December will sign 3 more. We also hope to receive 4 donations of land to be used to further our work.
Most of our work is done by volunteers, but we very much need to expand our paid staff from one-third time to at least half-time. We hope in four years to scale up our paid staff to a full-time position. This depends on the continued generosity of those who share our passion for keeping Central Wisconsin a special place to live, work, and play. Please help at whatever level you can afford. Every dollar makes a difference. Consider donating on-line with monthly installments if that better fits your budget.
